Classes
"I Love ME" has many different types of exercise classes including FUN DANCE, STRENGTH AND CARDIO, YOGA, JAZZ DANCE and AQUA FITNESS classes. All classes will strengthen your upper and lower back, shoulders, tummy and arms. The classes will improve the mobility of joints and increase flexibility, and will reduce the pain of arthritis. You will improve your physical fitness, they are great fun and informative and best of all low cost. KIDS FITNESS/YOGA/MUSIC classes will soon be added to the program. Children of all ages welcome including newborns.

Mature AgedAll of the mature aged exercise classes will have you feeling fitter, stronger and more flexible in no time. Each class has it variations to keep you interested and happily surprised. Using minimal equipment to keep the classes simple and effective, the exercises are fairly gentle whilst having the option to work harder if you require. It is advised to work at your own pace, stopping if you need to at times, and challenging yourself at other times Great way to meet new people! |

Private and Small Groups"I Love ME" caters for people who want a more personal approach to fitness, providing a service that ‘comes to you’. Including ‘Personal Training’ and ‘aqua aerobics’ or ‘deep water running’ in small groups or as a personal training session in your own home or complex pool. If swimming is your preferred way to exercise, this can be arranged that you receive a great workout doing what you love to do.
