We are committed to helping the community around the Gold Coast by providing 

GREAT VALUE, QUALITY EXERCISE CLASSES THAT ARE FUN!


MATURE AGED CLASSES:

The classes are suited to most people. Ideally over 50’s however ANY age is welcome. 

Classes are designed so participants who are just starting out or have injuries/medical condition can join in with those who are quite fit or have been attending classes for a while. 

Each class consists of a warm up, upper and lower body strength exercises, exercises and movements to improve balance, core strength exercises (back and stomach strength exercises), cool down and stretch

Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, stopping any time if need be. Options to work harder and challenge yourself are also encouraged.

Our classes can be performed in a chair for those who require it.

If you need to stop for any reason (even half way through an exercise) you are welcome to, although you also have the option to work harder if you prefer. If you find it challenging the first time, be patient, after a couple of sessions you'll find it becomes easier. Just have fun with it. You won't be pushed into something you are not comfortable with.

Classes are low impact and specifically intended to improve your strength, cardio fitness, and balance.

THERE ARE ALWAYS OPTIONS DURING THE CLASS TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF AND WORK A LITTLE HARDER IF THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED.

You may attend as many classes as you like at any location and you just pay for the classes you attend. You can attend any or all of the classes in the week and even swap locations weekly

No joining fees! 


(Except for Yoga with a $10 senior citizens club membership if you decide you would like to continue on, after giving it a go for a few weeks)

 

Exercise class runs for 1 hour and costs $8

Yoga runs for 1.5 hours and cost $6

 

When you are ready, simply turn up (5-10mins early). 


 

WHAT TO BRING:


Bring a bottle of water and a towel, and wear comfortable exercise clothes and shoes (sneakers, something supportive). 

If you are ok getting down to the floor (towards the end of the class) bring a mat.

Ok if not comfortable on the floor - exercises towards the end can be done on a chair instead.


Write your name on the name list and fill out a questionnaire/enrolment, easy.

This only needs to be done only once, unless your details change.

 

If you get a chance to fill this in the online enrolment prior to class, great, it makes it easier to relax and become settled at your first class.

We don't send any regular newsletters, we only contact you if need be regarding the exercise classes. (eg. change of location/time etc.). 

We never share your information with anybody else.
